Decker DG-SP, S/N 514

The Decker D series of low pressure meter, mix and dispense equipment is designed to process conventional or water-blown rigid and flexible polyurethane foam or elastomers.
This machine was rebuilt in 2003 with Viking Double Spur Gear pumps with magnetic drive on the Iso pump. Total output @ 1:1 is 14 gallons/minute.

Decker D15-3SP, S/N 1071

This is a Decker 3 component low pressure machine with 1 isocyanate and 2 separate polyol systems including metering pumps and day tanks. The iso pump is a magnetically-driven pump which eliminates shaft seal leakage. This machine is suited for meter/mix/dispensing either two different colors of the same urethane formulation or two different formulations utilizing a common isocyanate. For example: two different densities of rigid or flexible foam or two elastomers of different hardness.

• 5 gallon day tanks with Babbitt auto-fill sensor and controls

• Hot water flush with integral heater and pressure pump

• PLC Interface for programming of the dispense shot timers, flush cycle, flush delay and alarms

• Integral component heaters

• Heat exchanger for stand alone 0.5 ton chiller
